We provide support for products after development and server management on Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) basis. With AMC, software modification or upgrading is done faster than usual by assigning developers or forming teams within few days for the service. Without an AMC it will take longer to assign developers or teams and it is restricted for that particular request. Whereas with AMC, services are provided throughout the year without signing any new agreements.

Our Fully Managed server management is based on AMC plan only, we will be having routine services for clients who are already signed for an AMC plan. Most of the times it is difficult to offer service for clients who have not agreed for an AMC.
